Privacy Policy

Junn Bundle Discount is provided by Junn Digital LLC. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and how merchants can contact us about privacy questions.

Information the app processes

The app processes the Shopify store domain and Shopify authentication session information required to keep a merchant signed in and to call Shopify APIs on the merchant's behalf.

When a merchant configures a bundle discount, the app processes the product and collection identifiers the merchant selects, display names needed to show those selections in the app, and the discount settings entered by the merchant.

The app does not request customer or order scopes and does not store customer or order personal information.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the merchant, display and save bundle-discount settings, operate the Shopify Function, verify the merchant's app subscription, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Where information is stored

Shopify session information is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Bundle configuration is stored on Shopify as an app-owned discount metafield. Shopify App Pricing handles merchant billing, and Junn Bundle Discount does not store payment-card information.

Operational logs may temporarily contain a store domain, webhook topic and identifier, request status, or technical error details needed for debugging and security. We do not intentionally log Shopify access tokens, client secrets, Partner API tokens, or webhook HMAC values.

Service providers

We use Shopify to provide commerce APIs, app distribution, billing, and app-owned discount functionality. We use Cloudflare to host the application and its session storage. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Session information is retained only for as long as needed to operate the installed app. When the app is uninstalled, the app processes Shopify's uninstall webhook and removes its local session records. Shopify also manages the lifecycle of app-owned Function and discount resources.

The app implements Shopify's required privacy-compliance webhooks. Because the app does not store customer personal information, customer-data access and redaction requests do not require deletion of customer records from our systems.

Security

We use HTTPS, Shopify's authentication mechanisms, webhook signature verification, scoped API access, and secret storage provided by Cloudflare to protect app credentials and merchant information.

International processing

Junn Digital LLC and its service providers may process information in countries other than the merchant's country. We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app wherever it is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, our service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
