Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Junn Bundle Discount, a Shopify app provided by Junn Digital LLC. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

You must have authority to install apps and manage discounts for the Shopify store where Junn Bundle Discount is used. You are responsible for reviewing your bundle and discount settings before enabling them on your store.

App functionality

Junn Bundle Discount lets merchants configure qualifying product or collection groups, fixed-price tiered offers, and percentage product offers. The app relies on Shopify APIs and Shopify Functions to apply configured discounts.

Shopify platform behavior, API availability, checkout behavior, and other third-party services may affect how the app operates. We may update the app when Shopify changes its platform or requirements.

Pricing and billing

Any subscription price, trial, or other billing terms shown in Shopify at the time you subscribe form part of these terms. App charges are authorized and processed through Shopify's billing system. Junn Bundle Discount does not collect or store your payment-card details.

You can manage or cancel the app through Shopify. Uninstalling the app stops future use of the service, subject to Shopify's billing and subscription rules.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your offers, prices, products, advertising, and store practices comply with applicable laws and your own customer-facing policies. You must not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Support

Support is available at support@junndigital.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify your store and investigate an issue. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, payment-card details, or customer personal information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Junn Bundle Discount processes and how it is handled.

Intellectual property

Junn Bundle Discount, its branding, software, and related materials are owned by Junn Digital LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the app for your Shopify store while your access remains active. They do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying technology.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, platform compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Junn Digital LLC is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect merchant configuration, Shopify outages or changes, third-party services, or use of the app contrary to these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Junn Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Junn Bundle Discount at any time by uninstalling it through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for abuse, security, non-payment, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app, our services, Shopify requirements, or applicable laws change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published.
